TriEagle Energy, a pioneer in deregulated energy, has signed a lucrative long-term agreement to provide electricity to BBVA Compass Stadium, a Houston-based multi-purpose stadium home to the Houston Dynamo.
BBVA Compass, with a capacity of 20,000 seats, is designed to accommodate MLS and FIFA standard international soccer, football, lacrosse, rugby, and concerts. More than 50 ticketed sports events are hosted at the stadium each year, besides a number of concerts and sundry events.
TriEagle Energy is also the Official Energy Provider of the Houston Dynamo, Houston Dash and Houston Sports Park. “TriEagle has been an important member of our business community for more than a decade and we are looking forward to growing and going forward together,” said Chris Canetti, president of the Houston Dynamo and Dash. TriEagle Energy will not only provide exclusive energy plans for Dynamo and Dash fans, but also give complimentary game tickets to schools and organizations based in marginalized areas.
