Where to Pay Final Entrust Energy Bill

If you were an Entrust Energy customer at the time they went out of business, the company should have emailed you information regarding your final bill payment.

What Happened to Entrust Energy?

In many respects, Entrust Energy was a good company, but it was a victim of the economics of the severe winter freeze in early 2021, and was not able to continue operations.

How to Contact Entrust Energy

Contact Entrust by emailing customercare@entrustenergy.com. To snail mail them, the address is P.O. Box 52100, Houston, Texas 77052.

How to Cancel Entrust Energy Plan

Because Entrust Energy has exited the market, your Entrust plan will be transferred to another energy provider. However, you will have the right to cancel your energy plan and search for an alternative electricity company of your choice.

On Home Energy Club, our cost calculator widget helps you to choose an energy plan by performing detailed calculations so you can quickly compare estimated plan costs based on your historic usage data and publicly-available data. Your actual future bill amounts will depend on your future energy usage, which cannot be precisely determined, so the accuracy of plan cost data cannot be guaranteed. You should always read the details of an energy plan’s Electricity Facts Label (EFL) to decide if it’s a fit for your home.

By using the widget, you are certifying that you are the person whose name you have entered into the website and have authorization to access usage data for the address you entered.
