We use this info, as well as our years of industry expertise to determine a rating score for energy providers. Pogo has fair scores, with a 4.3 out of 5 in our HEC ratings.
While their best scores (4,4) are for Billing Quality and Transparency, they’re rated quite well in all cateogires, with a 4.2 or more in all five groups.
